From Windsor Ridge trailhead: 8 miles RT, 1293 ft gain, max elevation 8967 ft.
This is a great introduction to the Pecos Wilderness. You get to run through Aspen and Pine forests and cross rivers while peeking at the high country. I love this run because I get to run (not hike) most of it and the caves are so cool.
